Absolutely 110% the best BMW shop on the east coast. I cannot say enough in this review about Steve, Dylan and Marty’s professionalism, attention to detail, and service. I have serviced my 2011 X5 35d with them for a few years now, and throughout every service they have been impeccable. My latest visit was no exception. Not only have they worked with me through the ups and downs of sourcing parts and dealing with suppliers, they have gone above and beyond the duties and wants of a professional shop. Every single member of their team are professional, knowledgeable, and unbelievably respectful. The attention to detail is staggering. BMW Service departments in the area cannot hold a candle to what these guys can do. If I could give 6 stars out of 5 I would. I implore anyone who needs work done on a German car (especially BMW) to check these guys out and give them your business. You will surely not regret it and working with this team is hands down the best decision that I’ve made in recent history when it comes to my car needs. Thank you, thank you, thank you Baltimore Bimmer!!

Real bmw pros. After my local mechanic shop screwed up, and several other shops who advertise they specialize in BMW didn’t wanna even touch it, Bimmer knew exactly what and how. Great job by Steve and crew.

I'm extremely disappointed to be writing this review. When I started taking my 3 BMWs to the shop I thought I had found a place I could trust. They have now lost all of my trust. A few months ago I had the shop put on new tires on my M3. I had not driven the car much since it's winter, and when it finally got warm I started to drive it more. I noticed I had a continuous leak of air in my tire. I took it to a tire shop where they check for nails and nothing. They took the tire off and showed me that during the install the machine chopped off a piece of tire. This had to be noticed by the installer and they failed to tell me. They let me drive my performance car with a faulty tire! Each tire is more than $400.

Had some issues with my car which I took to BB. Spoke to Mr Marty who assisted my throughout the whole process. He was very upfront and honest about everything, keeping me informed the whole way thru. I defiantly would recommend BB to anyone.

Nice intelligent mechanics, reliable and office manager is more than kind and communicative. I have been coming here for years and even though they specialize with BMW, I have referred many family members, coworkers and surgeons from work that don’t drive foreign cars. The feedback from them has been A+. Marty in the front office and Steve in the garage are two of the most reliable, Knowledgeable and reasonable people I have ever dealt with in car repair. I come from a long line a family Mechanic and I choose Baltimore Bimmer.
