So many people cannot follow the self service instructions that it's embarrassing. Many even admit it in their review. One said his car was turned off! Another couldn't find the port and so many other excuses. The instructions are on the screen and even make you press continue between each. You turn off the car, plug in to the port which is very obvious, then turn it on. That's it. Watched people fail at this repeatedly. Sometimes it's out of order yes but rarely and they have raised the price but that's not this locations fault. Write your congressman. Also why are a dozen people with obviously modern cars waiting in line for so long? It is more expensive and slower (obviously) to wait in line. If you lost your paper you just look it up on the screen. People are crazy. There are big signs too so they can't say they didn't know.

Just went this morning 4am and it worked fine snow on the road but the testing arear was pretty much clear of snow. the card reader might say this lane is closed, but ignore that in touch the screen follow the directions and you'll have no problem

This VEIP station has a 24-hour kiosk. I used it at about 2:00 in the morning so obviously there was no line. No wait. Whole test was done in less than 5 minutes. Easy peasy.

Very easy! I used the 24/7 self service kiosk (at 8pm—so after hours). There was no line thankfully! And it took less than 3 minutes to complete the testing. The kiosk guides you throughout the process, so it’s very easy to use. I watched a YouTube video beforehand on how to do it, and that made it even easier. Lol It’ll be helpful to know where your vehicle’s connector is beforehand (it’s easy to find in between the wheel and gas pedal). All I needed was my License plate #, the last 4 digits of my VIN, and my debit card to pay the $10 fee! It took less than 5 minutes.

Drove here yesterday late morning because they have a $10 self-service kiosk. However, the machine was unable to perform the emissions test and I had to get on the line and let the staff do it. Line of vehicles was short and moved fast. The young female employee was professional and courteous. Test costs $14. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend this location. 👍🚙💨
