I recently purchased an used electric Mini Cooper, and wanted to make sure everything was okay. I called "Baltimore Motor Works" spoke with Jeremy, told him "I was a little concerned this would be my first maintenance check and was quoted an astronomically high price at the dealer for an Electric vehicle -Brake Flush. "He assured me that he could do the brake fluid flush and vehicle inspection for me, I cannot say how much of a price difference I was quoted but, I was extremely happy. I received the BEST customer service! There is no doubt going forward as a new EV owner; Baltimore Motor Works is where I will bring my vehicle for all my service & maintenance needs.

Had a great experience getting my car serviced here. Huge thanks to Brad for taking the time to walk me through exactly what needed to be done and then personally handling the repairs—the car is running perfectly. Also, a big shout-out to Jeremy, who was incredibly transparent about the costs and broke down the estimate so there were no surprises. It’s rare to find this level of honesty and expertise. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about Baltimore Motor Works. I had my engine replaced on my BMW X5M, and the SUV now looks and sounds better than when it was first towed to the shop. Keith, the owner, truly cares about his customers and is passionate about keeping BMWs on the road. This shop is hands-down the go-to place in the DMV area for BMW owners, with multiple certified BMW techs and equipment that no other independent shop in the area has. Jeremy, the service advisor, was excellent in keeping me updated every step of the way during the repair process. I also really appreciated that they offer loaner cars, so I didn’t have to go without transportation. The team’s knowledge is second to none—special shout out to Andy, who put in countless hours not only installing the engine but also diagnosing, timing, and resolving every detail to perfection. If you own a BMW in the DMV area, don’t even think twice—this is where you should bring your car. The quality of their work far surpasses what you’d get at the dealership, and the value is unbeatable. Baltimore Motor Works delivers superior service in every way, and I wouldn’t trust my BMW anywhere else.

If I could write this post in all caps without being obnoxious I would. They were absolutely amazing! As a first time customer from a co-workers recommendation….. He ensured me that Kieth was trustworthy, reasonable, and extremely knowledgeable, and boy was he right! From the time I walked into their beautiful showroom looking establishment, I was impressed. I first spoke with Brad, who was attentive, honest and knowledgeable. Brad was able to assess what may be wrong with my car based on my explanation. His assessment was accurate. The entire staff showed how much they care about their customers and the cars. Including the service advisor Jeremy and the receptionist at the desk ( I can’t remember her name). I told them about some other small concerns about the vehicle, and Kieth jumped into action to fix the issues. They were all professional, precise, and efficient. My vehicle was fixed and waiting for me to bring a part. Overall, 10 star experience, 100 percent recommend to everyone. Barnett M3

I used Baltimore Motor Works “Book Online” for my vehicle inspection appointment. Everything went fantastic. It was completed on time. They even drove me back to my house and picked me back up so I didn’t have to wait in the lobby. Took about a hour. Got all the emails from MVA that it was completed and received the inspection certificate. Great bunch of employees. They have water and a coffee machine. Cleanest lobby I’ve ever witnessed in the automotive repair industry.
