Bank Autobody has provided a great experience. Mr. Chang and his son were very welcoming and provided on the spot service. Mr. Chang was able to provide a quick estimate within one day. His services were very fast and detailed as he was able to correct the damages done from a car accident. The paint and part repairs were amazing and were restored to almost showroom quality within a week. He even fixed an underlying mechanical issue that a dealership couldn't fix, which has made our driving quality even better. We are truly grateful for this business and would suggest anyone needing body work pay a visit.

I picked up my car today, sooner than I expected. I was happy with the workmanship, and glad I came to this auto body shop. Mr Yen & staff are friendly , professional, he keeps you updated on your repairs & estimates in a timely fashion. I was surprised by the 10% discount given when you pick up your car. I highly recommend this shop. I had car repairs a few years ago by Bank auto and the workmanship was exceptional then and still high quality work was done for me this time around. You will not be disappointed..

Stopped by for an estimate for repair to front bumper. Replacing it was too expensive. He suggested a screw or two, and that fixed it. He didn't charge for the repair. I tipped the technician, and all were happy. Give them a try. I'll go back if I need any other auto body work.

They kept my car for five days, didn't call to let me know they received the bumper I called Tuesday , the guy at the counter said owe I should have called you. Then the bumper was only off on one side and they stripped the screw . Don't ever go there again no one. Worst place ever they took the bumper off before getting another one and striped the bumper cover screws

I am very disappointed in this body shop. Let me tell what happen. I took my truck there from a reference for someone that has gone there and was told they do excellent work. My truck was in an accident on the left back passenger side. They did the work however when i get my check back my check engine was on and my oil light came on beeping. I didn't have a problem with that when I took the truck in for repairs. Oh and they try to get extra money out of my insurance company for labor. I called and the son of the owner told me to bring it back for them to check which i did. I get a called that my all four of my 02 sensor are out and i needed a oil pressure system. They told me the cost would be 958.52. My husband was pssst. He called Brinkley's Auto in Clinton and explained everything to Charlie. I took my truck to him and my 02 sensors were not out and the oil pressure system was fine. What he did tell me that Bank Auto Body actually took my tire wheel bar off and while I was driving i could have had an accident. Bank is the worst place to go!!! they try to get extra money out of you once they get your automobile. I wish I could give them NO stars to leave this.
