⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I consistently have an excellent experience servicing my 2019 BMW X3 at Bavarian Motors. The service is always quick, thorough, and professional from start to finish. The team takes the time to explain what’s needed, answers questions honestly, and I never feel rushed or upsold. Most importantly, they’ve earned my trust. I’m very particular about who works on my car, and Bavarian Motors is the only place I feel confident taking it. The quality of work and attention to detail truly set them apart. Highly recommend to any BMW owner looking for reliable, top-tier service.

I took my 2007 BMW in for a diagnostic check as I had been having some severe problems with driving it. When I brought my vehicle in, Dave and Charlie were very helpful, very kind, and straightforward with their questions in understanding the problems. In fact, they were very quick with noticing the main issues and inquiring how to move forward with any repairs. They performed an extensive diagnostic and even provided videos to help me understand the full scope of issues for concern. Unfortunately, I was unable to address all the issues that were affecting my BMW, but that had nothing to do with Bavarian. In fact, if it wasn't for their clear communication about the issues with my vehicle, I'd probably still be throwing money around trying to figure out what was wrong. I wish that I had known about them when I first obtained my BMW as they would've been my first stop! I believe this is a great place for BMW owners as they have excellent quality and customer service. They defintely know what they're doing here, are very knowledgeable about the cars, and they seem genuine in doing their best to accommodate customers. 10/10 recommend.

I take my 2011 BMW 535xi here for regular maintenance and the service is phenomenal. I always receive details on what’s going on with my car, videos and pictures. As long as I live in the area I will continue to go here to ensure my car makes it as long as possible lol. They’re also accommodating if you’d like to pick your vehicle up after hours. Highly recommend their service

I had high hopes for Bavarian Motor Repairs in Capitol Heights, MD, but unfortunately, my experience was a major letdown. Service Requested: I initially brought my car in because it was making noise, and I had multiple check engine lights on. After getting an estimate of $2,478.29 for repairs on 9/11, I asked Andrew, the owner, if this would fix the issues for at least the next 12 months, since I couldn’t afford to keep putting money into repairs if I was just going to end up having to buy a new car. He assured me everything was in good condition, even showing me under the car where everything seemed fine. Quality: Unfortunately, after driving the vehicle for just a few days, the service engine lights came back on. I called to let them know, and they told me I could bring it in for another inspection, which would cost $178. I agreed, but it wasn’t until December that they could get me in and provide a loaner vehicle. After paying the $178.18 for the additional inspection on 12/17, I was told that my vehicle now had a laundry list of issues totaling nearly $15,000. This was a complete shock, especially since Andrew had previously assured me everything was fine. Value: At this point, I feel like I’ve wasted both my time and money. I paid over $2,400 for repairs that didn’t last, only to be hit with an absurdly high estimate for more issues that were never communicated to me upfront. This shop has left me with a lot of doubts about their transparency and the quality of their work. After reflecting on my experience, I’d have to agree with an previous reviewer who spoke about them gaslighting customers. I would’ve appreciated it if they had been upfront about recommending additional inspections after the initial $2,500 estimate, instead of leaving me to deal with a much larger and unexpected bill months later. I cannot, in good conscious, recommend Bavarian Motor Repairs after this experience. What was supposed to be a one-time fix has turned into a huge headache, and I'm now left having to purchase a new vehicle.

My experience with Bavarian was beyond my expectations! Dave, Charles and Andrew treated me like family! They were very communicative throughout the entire time, they sent pictures and videos to keep me informed of what they were working on. They also called before they did any work to go over the finances and even gave me the flexibility of taking my vehicle elsewhere if I wanted. Outstanding! Exceptional Job!
