This review is long overdue. Recommended by a co-worker a few years ago and have been coming back ever since for my routine maintenance. The staff are fantastic. When they notice issues they are very transparent with everything. Recommending when something is more immediate or when something can be held off for the future. Highly Recommend

Service writers were extremely helpful and nice. Had a tire replaced that was damaged by a pothole. They did not have the same make of tire but got real close. Competitively priced and had the tire replaced within 3 hours on a busy Saturday morning. I appreciated the service an will definitely be back!

These are a honest bunch which is hard to find these days. They didn't try to upsell me and insane amount of work, their prices are competitive, their communication was a little spotty, but they never hesitated to answer the phone when I called and answer all my questions. They gave me a free brake inspection and gave me a great quote. Ill be getting my tires done by them soon. Thanks a lot Dan and Mike.

They got my car from overheating at drop off (without an appointment) to diagnosed and repaired water pump in about 4 hours. I appreciated their immediate attention and quality service. Highly recommend!

On my way out of town, my tire pressure warning came on. I stopped in Bay Area, explained my situation and with no appointment, they took my SUV, put it up on the lift and found the issue right away. They replaced my valve stem and had me out of there in less than a half hour. My road trip was only delayed a few minutes. Thank you very much to the team at Bay Area in Pasadena!!
