My vehicle was looked at as soon as I arrived at my scheduled time without any wait. The gentleman helping me was extremely professional and informative. I waited for my truck to be finished in the very comfortable customer lounge. I was kept in the loop on the progress with a video of things that were needed. Thanks for a great experience!

My experience at Bayside Chevrolet was "Great" due in part because of the "Exceptional" customer service I received from the service advisor, Jason Collins. This appointment at the service dept was an unplanned visit due to the cold weather. Jason kept me in the loop with updates and progress throughout the wait for a final determination and cost. Thanks to the timely diagnosis of the mechanic, AJ, the issue was resolved w/o having to get a rental. This was very much an learning experience of what "not do" during an extended cold weather period. Jason provided excellent advice for future reference if a similar situation should ever occur again. I would highly recommend Bayside Chevy service dept and the service advisor, Jason. I look forward to my next visit to Bayside Chevrolet Service.

I had a Bumby experience at first. I brought my vehicle in for service on January 3, 2025. The technician found an oil leak on my vehicle which was still under warranty. Bayside was not able to work on the vehicle so I returned and dropped off the vehicle on January 6th. On January 8th after I called the service department, I was told that the vehicle had been inspected and a part was needed to complete the repair. The projected completion date was January 14th. On January 14th I was told that the vehicle was not ready. When the work on the vehicle was started on January 14th the technician found that a different part was needed for the repair. I was told that the part would be ordered and shipped and that the next projected ready date would be January 16th. The service department sped up the delivery of the part, and the vehicle was ready on the 15th A Day early. Although the service started out a little bumpy, the service department jumped into action and ended up taking great care of me.

Made an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation on my brand new 2025 chevy. I get there and still had to wait 2 hours. Then when I started driving it the following day I had an error message pop up that will not go away because my front two tires are not reading any PSI. I called and had to leave a message the man who returned my call was disrespectful and had the nerve to ask if my front two tires were inflated?! I let them know clearly someone missed the last step of the tire rotation, the man stated we dont know until you bring it back we will have to look at it. I let him know I could not bring it back that day as I was over an hour away and then let him know my work schedule. He was like so you cannot bring it back. The man was disrespectful and honestly you owe me for my wasted time and gas now. Again I thought bringing a brand new chevy to a chevy dealership I would get some kind of respect but honestly people do not know what customer service is and this place has none. Also please remember some people actually know about cars but the reason they bring it in is for convenience especially on a brand new vehicle. This service was absolutely despicable.
