I was a regular customer at Bayside from 2019 to 2023, then service became atrocious and I left going to other dealerships for car care. I decided to try them again in late 2024, an what a difference. My appointment today was like night and day from before! Matthew was attentive, got my vehicle right into service, explained all the potential issues, no hard sell for extraneous things, and got me out in just over an hour. Before, if I waited, it was a 2 to 3 hour wait, no more of that if today is an example. I am impressed with the changes and will be back!
