We have been dealing with them for many years and have never had any issues. Their staff are the best. We, unfortunately, bought our last camper somewhere else and have been regretting it ever since. Thankfully we were allowed to take it to Beckley's to have warranty work done and they did a fine job. Mike, Tony and John in the service department were excellent. Kelly, Justin and the rest of the employees in the sales office and store are also awesome. We will not make the same mistake and buy our next camper anywhere except for Beckley's!!

The service department staff made a special effort to fit me in just before Thanksgiving in order to get me on the road. They diagnosed a step issue and resolved it as well as telling me the coach needed new tires. They recommended a tire dealer which worked out well. All of this was done cheerfully, professionally and at a very reasonable price

They keep sending me emails to give a review, so here it is. Bought our brand new fifth wheel here, there was condensation in the tail lights, so had to take it back to get fixed. After picking up the rig from that appt I saw the power cable jacket had been snipped so I took a photo and went back in to tell them, guy said someone would contact me. Waited about two weeks, no call, so I called them. Guess what, no one called because there was no note on my account to do so. Also from that appointment one of the vent covers in the bathroom was left open and trash, like from someone's lunch, was left in there as well. Did you use the toilet while you had it? Did you flush the tank afterward? Why is there any evidence of someone inside at all, the tail lights are on the outside. Was also told that "my advisor", I'll call her C, would be getting in touch with me multiple times throughout this entire process; apparently only "your" service advisor will touch your case unless necessary? Regardless, C never called, and I finally learned that she was no longer employed there. So why was my case still assigned to her? Was anyone ever going to call? This is all following one of their sales people hit my truck when we went to initially pick up the RV in the first place, and at first the sales manager questioned if it wasn't already like that. Camera review showed a sales person hit the truck with a golf cart. Manager covered all expenses, etc, but was still my time and effort to get it fixed as well as questioning my integrity which I don't take kindly to. Bottom line, not saying I wouldn't recommend, hence not a 1 star review, however you'll need to ensure you're on top of your game; document, record, and don't assume anything is being taken care of without your direct intervention. We absolutely love the RV, though!

Beckley RV is an excellent place to both purchase and have service on your RV. Shawn, our salesman was exceptional. He answered all of our questions and even provided additional information we didn't think to ask. Tony in finance was also extremely helpful making sure our experience went smoothly and without problems. Tony in service was also very helpful making sure the delivery went well and that the unit was ready to go home with us. I highly recommend Beckley RV for all of your RV needs.
