I recently had a great experience at Bedell. Bill and Lisa were awesome throughout the process of a major repair for our vehicle. Bill is a very honest person which means the world to me. The total was less than anticipated due to one service not being needed. I know other shops would have just left it on the bill. I will be taking our vehicles here for now on.

Bill and Lisa have taken great care of every vehicle I've brought in. They're the definition of a hometown small business. I'm a busy working mom of 3 and they have come in clutch with all of my car troubles ranging from none of the air pump stations working on my minivan to declaring DOA on a hard driven vehicle. Today they saved me with a last minute "Hey, can you guys check my battery and swap it out on my way to work?" In and out in 20 minutes despite my insisting no need to rush. A class act family business.
