I recently accompanied my wife to drop off her car at Behind the Rim Auto Detailing, and we were told it would be an all-day job. When we returned around 6:45 PM to pick it up, all I could say was — “Whoa!!!” The transformation was absolutely stunning. The car is 10 years old and primarily used for local driving, but after Ty worked his magic, it looked better than the day we bought it from the dealership. Ty was meticulous and incredibly detailed in his work. Every crevice in and around the console and dashboard was spotless. He even detailed the engine under the hood — something we didn’t expect but truly appreciated. Ty’s professionalism and dedication to quality are unmatched. We will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend Behind the Rim Auto Detailing to anyone looking to give their car a fresh, showroom-worthy look.

Amazing service, exactly as requested!!! I just bought a used car from Carmax which clearly hadn’t been deep cleaned, with dirt, dust, fur, gunk, scratches on the dashboard, stains on leatherette seats, and splotchy smears all over the interior. This was CARMAX’s definition of “clean”. I chose Behind the Rim because it was nearby. I called ahead to ask for availability and confirmed the appointment for one hour later! When I arrived, Ty was very kind and attentive. He didn’t rush us and took the time to see what we wanted done—an interior detailing of my compact SUV, with a focus on certain spots. He communicated with us via phone to let us know when it was done, and the results were above my expectations. The car looked brand new—clean, polished, and smudge free! It also smelled AMAZING. Ty even gave us a few tips to help prevent future damage to the interior, and advice on certain products. The price was a great value for what I received and I plan to refer my family here, and bring in my old car for a touch-up. He seems to genuinely enjoy this job, and it really shows.

amazing experience!! very professional and quick service. i needed an interior detailing after a friend got sick in my car after a night out and he did a wonderful job. there was no evidence of the event ever even happening and 99% of the smell was gone, plus my seats and dash have never looked so amazing since the car was brand new! ty’s response time was amazing and he got me in for my appointment just two days later (would’ve been only one if it weren’t for my work schedule!) love the fact behind the rim is in aberdeen and close to home, very affordable price but for top notch service. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back!

Contacted Ty on short notice, got the full interior/exterior offer within 24 hours. Prices are great, and services even better. When I was deciding who to get detailing done by, I knew Behind the Rim was a good choice when I saw how Ty handled his reviews. Good reviews were noticed, and even the bad reviews would get a response with an offer to reconcile anything the customer wasn’t satisfied with, and this attitude was the same one Ty brought to the service. He made sure I was happy with everything before I left. Definitely recommend.
