This has been the most disconcerting experience possible. The gentleman on the front was rude, every time we requested an update on vehicle he was angry. He damaged our car bumper while repairing it, couldn't fix it later and claimed that it was prior damage. Please be very careful, this place is a scam. The car was with them for 2 weeks, got towed to another repair place to get their damaged fixed. They were also having difficulty even getting it back together. This is a public service message so folks can read and be aware of this place.

They did a great job! I had a bent axle and the rear back panel corner. They estimated about 3 weeks of work and got it done in two weeks. Car washed, cleaned, vacuumed. Everything works. Nissan Sentra SV. Only down side is that they replaced the right rear taillight assembly. Which is fine. But I have LED reverse lights. So, I have a left rear bright white light but the rear right one is yellow. Nothing worth knocking down a star but it's still a good business. Good location. The lady in the front was quick and friendly for a place that is closing for the weekend in 15 minutes. Hopefully I won't be back soon. Sorry but if i have to. I would come back for sure and I definitely would recommend them.

Bel Air Autobody was frustrating to work with from the start. Their rep was not respectful in his conversations with me, and found many reasons to overcharge the insurance company. Not only that, but there are parts of the job that were not done very well. For example the trim on my window was loose after they replaced the door panel. When they were putting the panels back on the car, they shredded the wheel wells on both sides of the front of the vehicle somehow. Additionally, with the new left driver side mirror, there was paint splatter on the mirror portion, making it harder to view out of the mirror as I drove it out of the shop. They charged $4000 for painting 1/2 of my vehicle, and the job was sloppy. I would not recommend going to this body shop, despite the fact that it is locally owned. I give them two stars because they painted and fixed several minor issues that were not caused by the accident I was in.

Dropped my car off here for body work and repairs on march 7, didnt get it back till the end of june. About 3.5 month wait, but there IS a parts shortage so its not that big of a deal. Work itself was lackluster. Was suppose to have my vehicle back earlier but they needed a extra week repairing it because they somehow scraped my wheel. They covered it atleast, but it was another extra week of rentals because of that. When i finally got my car back, they said they test drove it and everything was fine. Body work looked good! Unfortunately when i drove it home i had crazy wheel shakes, so whoever test drove it must have just drove it 25 feet. Took it back to them, and confirmed it was corroded rotors due to the car sitting outside at their lot the past 3.5 months. Asked if they said if they can machine the rotors; they said no but they'll order new rotors for me to install in a week. A week later, turns out the rotors are out of stock anyway so they're just gonna machine it (could've just done that in the first place) and have me come back when the rotors come in so they can replace them. Still haven't had them back yet. So fair warning if you guys use this place make sure your rentals are covered cause you will be waiting AWHILE and possibly more if they mess up Customer service was atleast extremely friendly. jt and the girls up front were really kind and communicated well. Week after i got my car back my bumper popped out a little (see attached picture) off the chassis, so installation mightve not done the tightest screw work. Will update my review once i get my rotors replaced. These guys are decent people and are fair and willing to fix their mistakes, just didn't get the best work from them Aug 2nd Update: Rotors finally came in and they replaced them. Looked at the bumper issue and they ordered a new mounting bracket and agreed to fix it, while also offering to get me a rental out of their own pocket until its done. Little stuff like that shows they care about customer satisfication, and i'm satisfied now that they made things right

Was involved in a hit and run my ins chose them to provide the service, they kept my car for two weeks and still didn't have it done buy there finish date, so I had to wait and additional three days. When I got my car back everything looked great into I started to pay attention to the details. 1 they broke the cap on my battery. 2 there's running paint on each side of my fender where they painted, you can see everything clear from the photos please don't take your car there
