Where the heck am I? This morning I stepped into a local car spa that I would recommend to anyone wanting excellent spa like care for themselves (and your car). The coffee bar was amply stocked, frothed milk, several exotic tea blends, biscotti and nutritional breakfast bars topped off the massage I nearly had. This place is so much better than Starbucks or Dunkin. Pleather seating, ambient lighting and relaxing background music - I may just start working remotely from this service center waiting room. The bathroom was even clean! I would even consider this a potential first date meeting place or quiet happy hour. Don't miss the Jones Bel Air Genesis show room and service center. 5 stars!

I can't imagine ever utilizing a dealership other than Jones. Professional, honest, dignified and competent. What more can you ask for? I use Jones Genesis, I am now a Genesis customer for life. And Jones customer for life. What a great dealership. CD at Jones Genesis made me feel comfortable and respected during the entire transaction. I'll never go anywhere else.

Purchased a GV70 earlier this year. First couple service trips had some "bumps" in the road but the Genesis Service Mgr stood behind the service promises the dealership advertises and the service was complete and timely. We enjoy the Genesis product, luxury without the Mercedes/BMW upkeep cost. My wife and I look forward to a long relationship with Genesis of Bel Air and the Jones organization.
