As someone said here all the reviews good reviews are made by the family members or friends. I had a very bad experience at this truck repair shop. I arrived late at night with a truck problem and politely asked the security guard if I could wait in the parking lot until someone came who could help me fix my truck. I waited quietly for about 3 hours. When an older employee finally arrived, instead of asking if I needed help or what the issue was, he immediately started screaming at me, using profanity, and aggressively telling me to get out of the parking lot. I calmly explained that I was there to repair my truck. He refused to listen and kept yelling. He told me to move my truck, so I did exactly what he asked. After that, I went back and politely asked again if someone could help me because I needed repairs. When I asked him if by any chance he has that part, he continued speaking to me in a very disrespectful and aggressive way. This is not how customers should be treated, especially truck drivers who may already be dealing with stressful breakdowns late at night. I will never come back here and do not recommend this place to anyone who expects basic respect and professionalism.

I’ve had an issue with my truck for a week or more but no one could get me in. I called them after I delivered and they got me tight in and fixed my truck. They were fast far priced and responsive to what I had to say. Yes the lady can be a little spicy but it’s all fun and games. I’m from Texas and when I’m here and need work they will be who I go to. Thank guys
