I am writing this review to express my absolute outrage and frustration at the appalling service I received at this tire shop in Beltsville. I came in the other week because both of my front tires were leaking air. They claimed to have "fixed" them by inserting a rope plug, and I trusted that the job was done. But to my absolute dismay, they left a nail inside one of my tires and never bothered to remove it—the exact issue I came in for in the first place. To make matters worse, the tire started leaking air again the very same day. When I took my car to my regular service center that same day, they pointed out the obvious: a nail was still lodged in my tire. This was sheer negligence on the part of the tire shop. When I returned to the shop, I fully expected them to correct their mistake at no additional cost. They fixed the tire but insisted I should go inside and make an additional payment. When I went inside to talk with the, the manager (or owner, whoever he is) he treated me with unbelievable disrespect. He essentially called me "crazy," insisting that I must have picked up a new nail the moment I left their shop. This is beyond absurd and insulting. Even after I explained the situation calmly, he refused to let me leave without paying again for their own oversight. Let me be clear: I do not recommend this shop to anyone. The way this manager treated me was inhumane, as if customers are just dogs to be dismissed and overcharged. Frankly, he should be sacked and this shop should be banned from operating in this industry. If you want even a shred of decent service, go somewhere else—even if it costs more. You deserve to be treated with basic human respect, which you will not find here.

Had a great experience the first time and the man guy running the shop that day was an Asian guy. Super nice and respectful. Drive off and had an issue with the tire so I called back to see if I could come back and get a new one and he said yes we will look at it. Didn’t promise anything but called me back and addressed the issue which I appreciate. The day I returned, I was dealing with someone new, white guy. He straight us didn’t care about what I was telling him and said it was my fault , you need a new tire. His attitude sucked but I needed a tire so I got one. Came back to finish replacing all my tires and a black man was helping me. Sat for over an hour with one changed tire just to be told he doesn’t have the other one… when I reached here you told me you found 2 good ones for me and it’ll be $$$ and I said okay. Why lie? Check you inventory before you open your mouth because you’re wasting my time. I checked out and left to go to another tire shop only to find out MY RIM IS NOT BACK IN MY TRUNK! WHY WOULD YOU NOT PLACE MY RIM BACK IN MY TRUNK WHEN YOU KNOW YOU DONT HAVE THE TIRE? It was just sitting inside the shop and ppl just walking around it. White guy was there too and had little care as well. needless to say, not coming back.

Called to inquire about 2 tires, I gave my tire size information and was told $60 per tire. Then upon arrival an employee tells me a higher price per tire. So when I called back the business phone line and informed them of the new price Im being told, they said okay let me call the shop and tell them I will call you back. I wait 20 minutes no call back. I called 4-5 times again to inquire about the tire price and now they are dogging my calls. All I wanted are some tires before the snow storm. I have been on a spare for 2 days now

Alex was nothing short of AMAZING 🤩 He made a stressful situation not just better but *easy*. As a woman doing car stuff, it is easy to get taken advantage of and made to feel like you’re “dumb”. That’s what I got at other tire shops before I came to Alex. It’s rare to come across good folks doing good work. NEVER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE AGAIN! You have a loyal client for life.

Had my Jeep Gladiator in for tire and rim swap. I was in and out within an hour and a half with alignment!! That’s quick, had a lil balance issue and they fixed it perfectly. I waited 6 months to write this and I Couldn’t Be Happier with Nick and his Crew!!
