Great experience from start to finish. John handled my intake and Chase completed the repair, both were professional, efficient and easy to work with. The repair was done on schedule, the work quality was excellent and my car looks brand new. They also coordinated smoothly with insurance, which made the process stress-free. Highly recommend.

John Choi is the most disgusting manager I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. I had another repair I needed to do but will not be doing it there! His staff called me with misinformation about payment (I OWE NOTHING!) and when I called to say I didn’t appreciate it he was more concerned about checking me than admitting his employee was in the wrong. I am the CUSTOMER. You have my dream car in your hands. A car I worked hard to get. He was quicker to STOP the repair of my car than he was to acknowledge his employee was WRONG. The person shouldn’t have even been calling me cause they are NOT my adjuster. I chose this shop because it had good ratings. I have a broken arms. An am stressed enough. A manager is a person who should help with your concerns. Not be. Condescending and unapologetic. Shame on John Choi!

These guys at the Collision Center at Honda Greenbelt are outstanding! I'm from Boston and was working remotely in Maryland for a week. On my first night there, my wheels were stolen off of my car. I had my car towed to Honda, where I was greeted by Chase. He explained the process and reassured me that I'd have my car back by the end of the week. My car arrived on Wednesday afternoon and I got it back on Friday evening just before closing time! Chase regularly kept me informed about when the parts would arrive and when I could expect the car to be delivered. After I got my car back, they helped me move my belongings from the rental car into my car. They even allowed me to keep the rental car there so that I didn't have to drop it off elsewhere. Lastly, they took the time to wash my car and wipe it down. I want to give a special shout-out to Chase, who handled my case and worked with me throughout the entire process. I also want to thank Jeff, who went the extra mile to assist with the small details before I left Maryland. You all provided me with excellent service during a challenging time, and I appreciate it!

10/10 Recommend! My car was fixed within a timely manner and looks like the damage was never there.The staff were so helpful and made answered all my questions. Thank you so much for everything! Chase customer service was exceptional, as he kept me updated throughout the entire process! They even cleaned my car! I will always use Beltway Collision Center!
