I had a great experience with Best Auto. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my car and caught something really important — my tires were becoming dangerous and starting to split. I honestly might not have noticed in time, and that could have turned into a serious safety issue. I really appreciate their honesty, attention to detail, and the fact that they put safety first instead of just rushing through the service. Highly recommend Best Auto if you want a shop that genuinely looks out for you.

I don't know how this place has such high ratings. I went here a year or so ago to get a mount replaced. I came back to pick up the car, and it was immediately obvious to me it was installed incorrectly. The car was shaking massively. Why did I have to catch this mistake? I didn't even leave the parking lot before noticing. So I went back, and the store claimed that the aftermarket part was the problem, and then installed a genuine Honda mount. However, a year later, and the mount is bad again, and I have to get it replaced for ~1000 YET AGAIN. Why was the initial mistake not caught by the mechanic? I have to imagine they have shoddy workmanship and this is leading to another $1000 repair. There are plenty of other good mechanics in the area. Don't waste your time or money.
