When they say best, they really mean best. Came in at 8:30am, told them I needed it by 1:00pm, left with my car by 12:30pm. They inspected every inch of the car, sending you pictures of the issue with a clear and concise explanation on why it needs attention. TJ was very helpful and friendly, sorry if I was a little awkward on the phone. This is going to be my go to auto shop, they're honest, quick and service oriented. 🔧

I went to Brooks Huff for a Serpentine Belt. My car start to make noises. Took it back said nothing was wrong. They test drove it and lost 2 of my Hub Caps. When I asked what happen they never said a word. Told me I needed a Sway Bar part & quoted me $524.00 it was worn. Went to Beste Automotive for 2nd opinion said nothing was wrong with my car. They would have saved me $211.00 for the same part. I had to buy new hub caps. If you want a honest automotive place go to these guys you have nothing to loose & they never charges me anything to install the new ones.

After many friends referring me to Beste and looking at their on line reputation, I took my 2020 VW Atlas in for air conditioning issues and routine maintenance. The service was amazing.
