I recently had my Jeep serviced at Bethesda Auto Service and had a very positive experience. Roxi, my service provider was great and took the time to clearly explain everything that needed to be done. I had an oil and filter change, fuel injection service flush, and four-wheel drive service. The entire process took about five hours, and I appreciated being kept informed along the way. While the parts were reasonably priced, the labor was the highest cost of the service. However, the professionalism, transparency, and quality of service made it worthwhile. Overall, I would recommend Bethesda Auto Service to anyone looking for knowledgeable and thorough vehicle maintenance.

Took my Jeep in after the local oil change shop said that the drain bolt had been stripped. They addressed my vehicle's issue and even provided some (typically not free) complimentary service due to the inconvenience. The most amazing part was, they did all that even after showing me that the drain bolt was perfectly fine! JP and Christian took great care and provided very quick service. Thank you so much!
