If I could have given zero stars, I would have!!! I had the worst experience EVER! I came in on a Saturday and test drove vehicles. When I found the one I wanted, I was told to come back on Monday because they closed in 40 minutes. Came back on Monday and was told that, because I lived in Kent County, they had to take the car through inspection before I can even start the process, which was almost a 2-hour wait (I was told on Saturday that inspection was already done and the vehicle was ready to be sold!) While waiting, I find out that I was short on the down payment by $200. Despite all the inconveniences that I had experienced, they said they COULDN'T work with me. Truth is, they just WOULDN'T! The selling price would have been the same AND it would have still been paid off in less than two years! There was NO REASON not to! They conveniently, however, had a vehicle that they haven't been able to sell that they wanted to "work" with me to get 🤔 The first thing I was told when I first came in was that the owner was a "wonderful, religious man and would work with people". However, he wasn't willing to work with me over $200! As the sayings go..."God don't like ugly" and "What goes around comes around!"

Highly recommend this Auto shop. Honest , extremely knowledgeable and great price. Have been having trouble with my truck and several shop's were "not sure what was wrong" and I was not treated very well and was so stressed and upset. It's stressful not knowing if something is being fixed correctly and not knowing if your being over charged. Dean knew exactly what was wrong with my truck. Julie at front desk was super nice, helpful and got me in quickly. Huge thank you to you both!! Super happy and excited to have found nice, honest people!!

Do not I repeat do not buy from these people ! I was recommended from a dealer in crisfield so I trusted it. I got a truck from them on 10/5/23 they had gave me a 90 day warranty and it was a good first Convo I constantly had problems with the truck kept bringing it in all under warranty ND no matter what Ray said it wasn't nothing major minor fixes...after finding out they hadn't touched or fixed anything under the hood I confronted them and they try to charge me I said the truck was under warranty why didn't Yu fix it them when I ask they tried to repo my truck ND had me pay fees under warranty!!!! After the warranty they charged me for the same thing I asked to get fixed they couldn't provide me with any proof they fix the truck or tht I owed anything ! And now I'm facing it again another repo ND they still can't provide the receipts but I can do long story short they owe me money from the contract ND I'm in the middle of taking them to court. They sold me a lemon ND knew it was a lemon and try to charge me after the warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMS ARTISTS.
