Very quick responses. Was in contact every step of the repair process, let me know what was wrong after diagnosis, let me know when parts were ordered and being delivered & when car was finished. Big E has all quality snap on tools to get any job done. He was able to tell me my battery was bad by using his electronic tester. I then went back to him with a larger job consisting of rust repair and a complete repaint. He has a very nice and clean paint booth within the shop and can handle any job you need!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
