So the only bad rating is from someone who didn't need a muffler fixed!? Service is when someone stands behind his work, Bill's Muffler Shop does. Value is when you walk away feeling someone helped you when you needed it. Bill's Muffler Shop provides it. Mike is an opinionated individual, so what! (I am too that's why I wrote this.)
