I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I left my car here for over a month, and not only was it not fixed, but I ended up spending over $1,250 just to have it towed off the lot. From the beginning, I felt misled. I was told I needed a new battery, even though I had just replaced it. Trusting their judgment and just wanting my car fixed, I paid for another one anyway. Then I was told that replacing the PCV would fix the issue but when I came to pick up my car, it wouldn’t even start. That’s when I was suddenly told there were still faults on the car something that was never clearly communicated before. Previously, I had been told that nothing would cause the car to shut off, which clearly wasn’t true. To make matters worse, when I brought this to their attention, I was basically told to tow my car off the lot, like the problem was no longer their concern. Overall, this was a frustrating and costly experience. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest diagnostics or reliable repairs.
