BWW 750 owner 18 years…5 different states…numerous service appts. Bimmer Werks solved my car issue in record time. Called for an appointment and took my car immediately and fixed it the next day. Could not get the BMW garage to even return my call. Good service at a fair price. You ought to give them an opportunity to work on your BMW. HH

I recently purchased a 2019 5 series and took it in for an overall check of the vehicle. He made several recommendations of what was needed and got it back to me in tip top shape. Amr is very knowledgeable and precise with his work and I will continue to bring my bimmers to be serviced at his establishment.

TLDR: Very rude and unprofessional. Expects you to pay before inspecting the work or else gets offended. Had these guys diagnose a noise I was hearing while at high speeds, and it turns out that it was due to improper installation of a midpipe by another shop. Not sure of the name of the person I dealt with, but seemed to be one of the older techs if not the owner himself. They were very rude and got an attitude when I asked to test drive the vehicle before paying to make sure everything was fixed. Not only that, I asked them to also do a smoke test on my intake and when I asked them over the phone if they had done it, he told me that they had already moved onto different projects and that he does not remember me having asked him to take a look. After I test drove it (having already been pressured to pay beforehand), I told the guy that I also own a shop where I do vinyl/ppf/tint and that I would never expect a customer to pay before inspecting the work. He told me "you put stickers on car, I do real mechanical work, it's a bit different". I understand how some folks feel about vinyl and ppf, but you cannot treat a customer like that. On top of that, in the case of the shop its even more important to do the test drive before paying as opposed to inspecting a wrap before paying so not sure what his point was. I really wanted to like these guys because the shop and the reviews seems nice, but I will definitely not be coming back.

⭐️HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ⭐️ If you’re looking for an experience certified BMW mechanic without the BMW dealership overhead this garage is the place for you! My wife and I have been visiting this garage for the past 5 years and we ccouldn't be happier. The owner is very understanding when it comes to pricing out jobs and he will only do the work that you specify. Our cars have always been fixed right the first time and if we ever noticed a problem he will quickly address the matter for you. Bimmer Werks is by far the best BMW specialist in the DMV area and highly recommend you visiting the shop cause you won’t be disappointed!!

Called about replacing rod bearings and the guy on the phone Amr told me I didn't know anything about cars. Clearly this guy doesn't know customer service and has a power trip when someone knows more about BMW than he does. Go anywhere else there's like a thousand stores within 50 ft than this guy.
