I have always had great experiences at this tire center and Sheldon went above and beyond. I will always recommend this tire center and I will be back for my next set in the future!!

They scammed us by saying they fixed a leak in our tire but then 2 hours later our pressure is down again and they didn’t actually fix the tire. The fix is supposed to be free but the guy made us pay in cash and he scammed us when he didn’t even fix the tire.

I am giving this five star review to an employee named Paul he went the extra mile to find out why my tire had not arrived when it was scheduled for next day shipping. I had been stopping in everyday for a week to see if my tire had arrived. I had to stop in because no one picked up the phone when I called. Anyway, every other person that waited on me looked at the computer and said no it’s not in. When I asked why they said “oh it could take a week” even though it was supposed to be shipped next day. Paul was the only one that took the initiative to check with the manufacturer, and yes there was issue and my tire was shipped out late and will be installed by the end of the weekend. Thank you Paul for the great customer service!

I'm normally not one to leave reviews and I'm sure the employees I'm dealing with could care less. We had a new set of tires put on in Nov, then got a flat 2 weeks later, and took advantage of the road hazard warranty. Should be great right? No. The employee had me come all the way to the shop and go through the warranty process as if they could service the tire right then, only to tell me that they didn't have the tire once I pulled around to the bay. Okay, whatever, when will it get here? It's been 8 days and they can't even tell me if it's been delivered or when it should be and the employee pretty much said he will get around to looking when he feels like it. 0/10 also if I wanted to try another BJs location I would have to go back to this one to refund the warranty process and start it elsewhere. Horrible service and a horrible process.

Saw a good deal at this location to replace 4 tires so I went in and ordered the tires specifically for my vehicle. After the tires arrived they called and I scheduled an appointment to have them put on my vehicle. The day of the appointment I dropped my vehicle off and left, only to be called shortly after telling me that the guy that wrote down the information on my vehicle had ordered the wrong size tires. They offered to order the right size tires which would take days for them to arrive or purchase ones that they had in stock(the Tires they had in stock cost more than what I originally ordered online). I settled to get the tires they had in stock instead of waiting longer for the online tires. After they were done I came to pick up my car only to find out yet again they had more bad news. They had accidentally broken a piece off of one of the hub caps. Overall the staff was very friendly and apologetic about the incidents. They offered to reimburse for the damage repairs and didn’t charge me extra for the tires they had in stock which would’ve cost me more. Would have rated 5 stars but too many careless errors were made.
