I had an outstanding experience with Blubaugh’s Tire! From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond in every way. Steve, in particular, truly goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. However, every employee I interacted with was incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The level of customer service here is exceptional, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers, not just making a sale.If you’re looking for tires, wheels, or automotive service from a team you can trust, I highly recommend Blubaugh’s. The professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail set them apart! :)

They are the best! I have bought about 50 tires over the years, and only had one issue which I would like to tell you about. Had to buy a tractor tire about 3 weeks ago. Special order with the intertube. All went well for about 2 weeks , then the stem came off. I hit nothing, so must have been a bad tube from the factory. Took it back, and just asked for a new tube. Told to come back in one hour. Went to pay for it, and asked if it was anything I did, and that I bought it here. The owner came out and talked to me. He said " there is no way to know how it came off, so there is no charge to you. We stand behind our products". Every one I have had contact with was pleasant and professional. A rare treat to find this today! I recommend them to anyone who wants a fair price and PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

If you want to purchase tires at a shop where they sit on the shelves for over a year, get torn to shreds with low mileage, and get denied for any type of warranty replacement under 12 months this is the shop for you. I purchased 4 sets of tires from this location, two in July, two in September. Alignment was done at each install. The tires were wearing down exceptionally wrong and they all had started to tear apart. The owner and manager aggressively denied any ownership of the issue at hand and claimed the reason was my car “eats tires” and alignment was my problem. I’ve owned and operated my vehicle and know a set of tires do NOT get worn out in less than a year. The only reason I even bought these tires is I hit a set of nails on Waynesboro Main Street and needed a replacement quick. I am a new father, I am also hitting hard times, instead of compassion and understanding of my situation and just asked what could be done to help; I was reverently told nothing will be done, conversation was over, to stop wasting their time, and leave. I whole heartedly do not recommend this location. Do yourself a favor and seek service elsewhere.

I have been using Wes at Blubaugh’s for several years for all of my car needs. Everyone here is pleasant and helpful. They go the extra mile to assure the customer is satisfied. Zero complaints here! Keep up the good work guys!!
