The customer service was top-notch - the team was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The cost was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of work done. This is the fourth shop I’ve taken my 7 Series to, and finally — a place that doesn’t make me feel like I need a financial advisor before getting a repair estimate! Other shops handed me “doom and gloom” quotes that nearly gave me a heart attack. Blue Ribbon actually took the time to break everything down in detail, walked me through a step-by-step game plan, and showed me what really needed to be done. That detailed approach literally saved me thousands. They were fast, fair, and honest — not about penny-pinching or padding the bill, but about keeping me informed and comfortable the whole way. I’m beyond grateful… Google only gives me 5 stars to work with, but they deserve 10.

I have been taking my car to Blue Ribbon since my warranty ran out in 2016. I haven't had any problems with them I have been very pleased with them. I recommended my son Keith and my nephew Aaron and they both have been very pleased with the work. This was 9 years ago 2018. I still take my car to Blue Ribbon., and now I have a garage!

Initial diagnose of vehicle issue and repair was done. However, the issue still existed. Brought it back for the same issue and was told different areas of issues. I decided to have another shop to diagnose. They identified and repaired issues. Seemed not being honest to me about the vehicle problems.
