I just want to thank the BM Auto Team for diagnosing and fixing an issue from another repair shop. They were so friendly and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue at no cost. I will definitely bring my cars to this great repair shop in the future.

Trusting my daughter's recommendation to take my care for service at BM Auto, I did so this morning. My interior and door lights weren't working, nor was my cigarette lighter for charging and one USB port. Received a quote for at least $500 from the dealer service department, so it seemed like the right time to try a new place. I couldn't believe it! The issue was immediately diagnosed and then resolved with a new fuse within 10 minutes. I had planned to have to leave my car, so that was a relief in and of itself, and then... the technician told me there was no charge! They were so professional, kind, and generous that I wanted to share my experience. I am now a loyal customer and will refer others to BM Auto in Columbia for skilled, kind, and honest service. Today has been a great day, thanks to the gentleman from BM Auto who started it that way for me. I wish I knew his name and will be sure to ask him next time :)

Had an oil change and tire rotation done at a nearby shop and was informed they could not complete the tire rotation because of several bad studs. Took my vehicle to BM Auto Services, they were able to deduce it was only one bad stud and lug and had it replaced within an hour for me. Service was quick, friendly, and prices were reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Randomly came here this past Saturday because something was dragging under my car. I was greeted with respect by Matt. He followed up with knowledgeable suggestions without trying to push me to receive services AND he helped me with a smile. Great customer service experiences are far and few between these days...that was not the case here...and I left with a solution! Glad I dropped in here. 25 out of 10...highly recommend.
