I brought my car in for a collision repair. They were very knowledgeable and helpful during the whole experience. Although my car was ultimately totaled, they made the process easy. The most important part was they were quick with giving me information, often days before the insurance company even reached out to me. Overall they were wonderful to work with. Although I hope I will never need there services again, I would highly recommend them for collision repair!

I had a dreadful experience with this facility. I got a ridiculous quote from Dyllan, of over $2,500 for about 4 minor paint chips on my vehicle in different body locations. I agreed to get it done, paying out of pocket. I got my rental car and dropped my BMW off with these ppl in the afternoon. The next morning, I wake up to an email telling me the estimate price has now increased over $400 more, simply stating that there were 2 parts on the door that needs to be replaced. Not telling me which parts, nothing. I was highly upset. I asked for him to call me. When he did, I tried to find out what he was talking about. He said he forgot to put those parts on the estimate. I stated that wasn’t my problem. I said you guys are BMW, you work on these vehicles all the time, & shouldn’t be forgetting something like that. He replied, “I’m human, I make mistakes”. There is no room for mistakes, when someone’s time and money are on the line. I told him I wasn’t ok with the price increase. I’ve never had someone change the price the very next day out of the blue. I’ve had many repairs, unfortunately, from ppl hitting my parked car in the parking lots. I told him I hate wasting my time and money. I would not have agreed to almost $3k in repair costs for a few dabs of paint. I didn’t receive an apology or anything. I called the manager, Rachel and explained my disappointment. She couldn’t care less, and once again, NO APOLOGY!! I am so upset with these ppl. I cannot stand incompetence!!! That guy Dyllan should not be doing estimates. Terrible experience, and I will never return to the collision side of this facility!! Please go elsewhere if u want things done properly and professionally!!

I guess I was spoiled by Mazda service as this is our first time owning a BMW. My husband's car had to be fixed and they didn't even offer drop off/pick up service or a loaner car since the car had to stay in the shop for a week. I had to pick my poor husband up. But I'm thinking, what is he gonna do if he had no other car to use or anything? We thankfully still have an extra car so he's able to get by. My Mazda service took care of us when we needed them no problem. I was expecting a better service with this brand new luxury car but I was very let down.

My experience here is always pleasant, timely and very professional My service rep was Sarah she constantly communicated with me throughout the process. Sarah and team did an amazing job fixing my vehicle and I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

My initial encounter with sales was very poor. I expected the same or worse here. I was very pleasantly surprised. The first person at the counter seemed interested but the rest of the staff were very good. Very good communication. They even did a bit of touch up on my paint because of random scratches. Rachel is great.
