Consistent (20 years) poor service, non-existent communication, lack of customer service. For this particular one, there was no rental car options, I dropped my car off at 4 and was told I would hear back the next morning, I had to call at 3pm the next day where I was told she was sending over the quote. I never received the quote. I had to call back and it rang for 20 mins with no pickup. I asked to be transferred to the manager, he then sent the quote but it wasnt actually the quote. He promised that the next morning I would hear from them. I have yet, tried to call again and could not get anyone again. I have tried to communicate with them to no avail. No urgency to let you know or to understand. This isn't the first or even the 5th time this has been a super frustrating process. I have taken my cars to other dealerships in VA and DE and never have had this type of issue. Very poor management with no urgency to provide luxury brand caliber service.

I will NOT be coming back to this location. The communication is pure trash, and the service advisor made me feel like I was bothering him by simply asking how much longer they were going to take after my car had been back there for over 2 hours. (They were doing a diagnostic) From my understanding from the Assistant Manager, their scheduling department is in another state; therefore, they overbook the dealership with appointments without knowing if they have the availability. Some cars have been waiting for 2 weeks to be serviced. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

After scheduling my oil change in advance and driving 1 hour to get to the service center I am told they have more cars scheduled today then they have time to take care of. They blamed it on the appointment department. They offered me no compensation for my inconvenience nor did they try to reschedule me. 2 hours of my day wasted for no reason …. Never again

No loaner cars or other means of transportation (uber credit, shuttle) offered for vehicles that are in for service unless the repair is deemed to take over 24 hours. This is not in line with other BMW dealerships or other luxury car dealerships in the area that offer loaners and valet pick-up/drop-off. We also have a Toyota and they even have a shuttle.
