They Actually Make Service Easy I don’t normally gush about dealerships… but BMW of Bel Air’s service department deserves it. I started bringing my BMW Z4 there and now also my X5, and every experience has been consistently great. From the receptionist to the service desk to the technicians, everyone is professional, friendly, and organized. A special thank you to Steven, my service advisor — he’s knowledgeable, responsive, and makes the entire process seamless. They always provide a loaner without hassle, communicate clearly, and truly take great care of both me and my vehicles. Who “loves” a dealership? 😊 But honestly, I really appreciate this place. Five stars without hesitation.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received at Bel Air BMW. From the moment I brought in my vehicle, the team demonstrated professionalism and expertise. The diagnosis of the issue was thorough and accurate, and the resolution was completed efficiently. A special shoutout to my service writer, Steven, who provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. His attentiveness, clear communication, and genuine care truly made the experience exceptional. I also really appreciated the technicians sending me a video to explain and show the problem. It was incredibly helpful in fully understanding what was going on with my car. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience, and I will definitely be returning for future service needs on my BMW M5. Highly recommend!

Almost 5 years of owning my BMW X640I, I have been taking my vehicle to BMW of Belair. They have always and still provide excellent customer service from making appointments to servicing my vehicle. The Service technician was very knowledgeable about the Service my vehicle required and also informed me of upcoming services needed for my vehicle. I am very grateful and thankful for the kind service provided.

This was my first time at BMW of Belair and was very impressed -with the service - Thank You Andrew service advisor for taking care of my car and thank you for the loaner - what a beautiful ride! - made me feel like trading my old LOL - No wonder my daughter leaves Eldridge and travel to Belair for service. I was rather pleased with the timely repair. Thanks again

I recently took my nearly new BMW in for an oil leak issue while it was still under warranty. What should have been a straightforward fix turned into weeks of back-and-forth headaches. The service team initially misdiagnosed the problem and did a partial repair that didn’t solve it. When I brought it back, they blamed another dealership for the damage and denied warranty coverage, claiming it was due to over-tightening. But then the story changed to an aftermarket part they themselves used during service. Despite multiple emails requesting evidence and explanations (as required by federal warranty laws like Magnuson-Moss), they kept passing the buck, insisting BMW corporate had denied the claim—only for me to call BMW NA and learn they had no record of it at all. This contradiction left me without my car for over a week, chasing wild geese with no resolution in sight. They pointed fingers instead of helping, making the process way harder than it needed to be. In the end, I had to go back to the dealership where I bought the car, and they fixed it under warranty at no charge, no questions asked. It’s disappointing that an authorized BMW dealer like this one couldn’t honor the warranty properly or treat a customer with basic respect. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere for service. BMW of Bel Air and AutoNation sucks.
