I can’t say enough good things about Service Advisor Jon Walker at BMW in Owings Mills. He is incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. Every question I had was answered with care, and I never felt rushed or pressured. It’s rare to find someone who truly goes above and beyond — but he always does every time we have service! BMW is fortunate to have such a dedicated and customer-focused advisor! Thank you so much for making the experience exceptional!

Not a good experience compared to other BMWs service centers. I had to wait 3.5 hours for an oil change even with an appointment, I did not get car wash that they normally provide. Everyone was nice at the front desk, however I won't be returning. Credit card fee is added on top of regular pricing.

Extremely disappointing experience with Owings Mills BMW. I brought my vehicle in for an issue and was immediately hit with diagnostic charges. They visually saw that the fin was leaking, told me my extended warranty (which I purchased from them) didn’t cover it, and then charged $900 just to remove the fin “to be sure” it was actually leaking. After paying $900 to remove the part, I was then quoted another $3,000 to fix it—even though the fin had already been removed at my expense. No accountability, no logic, just endless charges. This is classic price gouging, and the service department showed zero concern for fairness or customer trust. On top of that, since my lease ended, I’ve dealt with ongoing electrical issues and leaks, and nothing ever seems to be covered—despite warranties and extended coverage. Between the reliability issues and a service department that nickel-and-dimes customers at every turn, BMW is simply not what it used to be. This experience pushed us to the decision to get rid of all of our BMWs. If you actually need your BMW serviced by people who are honest, efficient, and reasonably priced, see my review of Bumble Auto instead.

Just don’t! $275 + tax + 1.5% transaction fee (other business absorb that cost into their service) for a diagnosis which will only be waived if a problem is found and the service is completed by the dealership. Not worth the time or the money especially when all the experienced techs are underpaid and leaving.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Tamia from the service department yesterday as she went above and beyond to make sure we were able to pickup our car and drop off our loaner, thanks for staying after hours to ensure your customers were well taken care of and doing it all with a smile and a pleasant attitude . We greatly appreciate the top tier service!
