Awesome customer service by Serena Garvin and the rest of the Service Advisor team! The repair of the transmission on my C8 was completed sooner than expected and professionally done. The loaner vehicle was a nice added amenity.

I spoke with Serena in the service department. She was super friendly and helpful. The car was fixed a day earlier than expected and Serena called me to say it was ready. The whole process was super easy and the car was was completed at the price she quoted. I couldn't be happier with the service I received! Serena was polite and professional and is an asset to the company. It was the first time dealing with the dealership and I couldn't be happier!

I’m writing to express my concern about the consistently unwelcoming experience I’ve had at this location when coming to get my car serviced. As a Black woman, I’ve noticed that the staff—who are predominantly white—often do not greet me, offer assistance, or engage in a friendly or professional manner. Each visit leaves me feeling dismissed and uncomfortable, as if my presence is an inconvenience. This is especially disappointing given that this is the closest location to my home, and I would like to feel supported and respected as a customer. I hope this feedback encourages management to address the lack of inclusivity and basic customer service that should be a standard for all patrons. Everyone deserves to feel welcomed and valued.

Absolutely ridiculous. Called the day before to ensure they had the tire in stock. Took the vehicle in to have tire changed. Advised it would take 45 minutes. 2 and half hours later the vehicle was done. Tire and rim covered in grease and tpms not reset. Add another 30 minutes. This place is trash. I’m wishing i bought the truck else where because of this miserable service. Will try Koons for my next service. I know it will not be worse.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.I have been a customer since I purchased the truck in 2019 and have had okay service. I took my car in at 3p on a Friday for a 3:15p appointment . I was greeted by Rob (or Ron) Amoroso, he couldn't find my appointment, and made no real attempt to look other than within 30 seconds of me telling him my name he looked and quickly said it's not here, sorry essentially dismissing me. Once I showed him the appointment on my phone, he very reluctantly took my vehicle. I let him know of an issue that had started between the time I scheduled the appointment and when I dropped it off, and asked they look at it. He said, "that's not gonna happen".I asked if they could at least take a look Note , I did not schedule an express lane appointment. He called an maybe an hour later to let me know the car was ready, I asked about the issue, he said "we didn't even look at it, there was no time" I said what about tomorrow? he said there was nothing but express lane on Saturdays. I understand timing and appointments, however I do not understand the rude, abrupt attitude I was met with along with no attempt to schedule a time for me to bring the vehicle back in, especially when it was apparent when they drove the vehicle that something was wrong, .Instead I took it elsewhere for them to find the issues with the transmission, which again wasn't too hard to locate.
