This dealership has been a mixed experience for me. My last service visit was frustrating enough that it genuinely made me question Ford as a brand โ€” and that feeling still lingers. During that visit, I was called three separate times to approve additional services, which felt excessive and pressured. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed the air filter box hadnโ€™t even been put back on, which was concerning and shouldnโ€™t happen after professional service. Iโ€™ve continued to come here mainly because itโ€™s the closest Ford dealership to me. Iโ€™ve also had recall work scheduled here, only to later find out that the recall components werenโ€™t even provided to the dealership. Itโ€™s been months since I received the recall notice, so that lack of coordination was disappointing and confusing. That said, todayโ€™s experience was a bright spot. Chris (also known as Christian) was excellent โ€” professional, respectful, and genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. Because of him, trust is slowly starting to rebuild, and I appreciate the effort he put into making this visit a positive one. Thereโ€™s potential here, but consistency, attention to detail, and better communication are key if this dealership wants to earn back full confidence.

I scheduled service for regular maintenance and an active recall. The work was done quickly and they took good care of my vehicle but I was not informed that the recall work they did was just an inspection of the problem, not the replacement of the part. They called me to let me know my vehicle was ready and didn't mention the part was not replaced. When I asked the service advisor about it, they were rude and laughed at me. The technicians also left trash in my car. I'm fine with being patient for parts, I know they need to be ordered. But knowing that the problem wouldn't be solved at pickup and the poor customer service was quite disappointing.

All of the guys inside the Quick Lane lobby have been awesome. Very communicative, respectful and professional. I dealt with Rick in the main service department, and he was also a joy to work with. While understanding that sometimes they will be busier than others, I have never waited more than an hour for service- and my brief exchanges with the mechanics have been just as positive.

lazy diagnostics-service notes not matching what writer told me on the phone-sloppy finish work-left a trailer wiring zip tied-after $900 in dealership laborโ€ฆlater find interior panels re-installed poorly and not snapped in back on entire passenger side door. sloppy work, bad service.

Ford Plaza's Body Shop is the redeeming element of this location. the service department has given me a few questionable experiences, but the body shop is full of great people and great service.
