Within an hour, they provided a diagnosis and immediately commenced work on the necessary repairs, which were completed the following day. Since then, I have not experienced any further issues. The company was transparent about their pricing from the outset, and their communication was exemplary. I would confidently recommend Bob’s to my family and colleagues.

Bob and his staff are hardworking, honest and professional. Bob has serviced 3 cars for my family over the past decade and is extremely knowledgeable in his craft. Bob takes the time to explain the issue and potential repair options. He’s never pushy and charges fairly for services. Wish I could give more stars because they seemed upfront and honest, but unfortunately I am a bit disappointed in the outcome of the service. I brought in my Alfa Romeo for a brake change but they couldn’t bring my car out of service mode due to lack of specialized equipment for my car. Not their fault, and they did put in the effort to try figure it out, which I do appreciate, but I did expect them to see it through to the end. If you accept the job, there is a responsibility to see it through for me, but I ended up having figure out how to tow my car for 1.5 hours to the closest Alfa dealership which ended up costing me $450. There was hardly any effort from their end to help me figure the towing situation and no attempt to help with the cost. Still charged me full price $1300 even though I asked if we could negotiate the labor cost since my car didn’t actually work properly. They said they were already charging me a cheaper price since I have a European car, so I guess they’d rather give me a discount when I didn’t ask for it than give me a discount for not being able to deliver. Dealership charged me $750 to fix as it was installed incorrectly. I ended up spending over 2.5k for a brake change which is a little ridiculous. Maybe don’t accept the job if you’re not 100% sure, and even if it’s an honest mistake, still your responsibility to deliver and see the job through even if it costs you a bit more. I won’t bother asking for my money back but I now know they’d rather take my money now than have me return as a customer. I’ve brought my car in for some simple things before and it was fine so I’ll give them that and that’s why this isn’t 1 star, but this was an absolute nightmare for me.
