If you're looking for a Car Guy who really understands BMWs and MINIs with all their nuances, see Woody! After I broke down in the middle of the Turnpike, the tow truck driver recommend him. Glad he did! Woody took great care in figuring out my problem, overnighting the parts, and getting me back on the road the next day!

I am writing this review to warn others about our experience with Boro Motor Works. In early July, we spoke with Woody who assured us he could take our car the week of July 11th and promised the repairs would be completed "within a matter of weeks." That promise was never kept. Weeks turned into months with virtually no communication. Despite our numerous attempts to call for updates, we were met with silence or rude dismissals. By September 19th, over two months later, our car had not been repaired—in fact, it hadn't even been worked on. Due to this complete lack of professionalism and respect for our time, we were forced to pay for a second tow car to move our car to a competent mechanic. This shop cost us not only a significant amount of time but also extra money. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend. Save yourself the hassle and take your car elsewhere.

I would highly recommend Boro Motor Works to anyone in need of repairs on their Mini Cooper. Woody is not only very knowledgeable about the cars he works on, but he is also very friendly outgoing and will explain in detail what's going on with your car. I have never ever had an issue nor worry about leaving my mini with him. He has been very kind to me and helped me out when in need. Thank you Woody for all your help and understanding!!

Woody is super knowledgeable and experienced. Takes the time and performs quality work. Went above and beyond to fix what he called the "little things" while he had the car (ie. windshield wipers, cleaned the headlights without charging and without being asked). Communicated effectively and was a pleasure to work with. It is great to have someone trustworthy and thorough working on your vehicle!! Thank you Woody!

Man, I don't even know what to say about this place, but absolutely awesome! Honest, reliable service. I was quoted from a few other shops much higher prices. When I brought my bmw here not only did he fix the issue for a much lower price he was also honest about not need a part that was ordered so I paid even less. You just don't find an honest, reliable mechanic like this anymore. I'll definitely only use him moving forward
