I bought a 2017 porsche macan s from a dealership in Arizona and when it arrived the air conditioning wasn't working properly. I called 'Bout Time Auto Repair to make an appointment. Leo was polite and very responsive. I dropped my car off the evening before my appointment, and I got the call from Anne at noon the next day that everything was fixed and good to go, pick it up whenever I am ready. From start to finish they were polite, professional, on-time, and got the job done correctly the first time. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of repairs to their car.

Leo and Annie are wonderful people, their auto service always top notch. They kept our 20 year old Nissan Maxima running and in good repair for 15 of those 20 years. I'm cheap, and besides we liked our Maxima. Their excellent service continued with our new Nissan Murano. Unfortunately we moved to Baltimore and we miss them and their 'caring' auto service. We called to get a price for an oil change for a Chevy Colorado . We were told around $80, we thought that was a little high since the dealer charges $70 however we wanted to support a small business. (The dealers price also included oil change, tire rotation and car wash.) We agreed to have them do the oil change so when we went to pick up we were told the total would be $105.00. After looking at the bill we were charged over 3x the retail price for the filter, double retail for the oil, and of course labor. This $105 was only for the oil change and apparently no tire rotation. We received less of a service for 33% more than what the dealer charges. Owners response “it’s how you stay in business” Thankful they only hosed us over an oil change and not a major auto repair.
