I got my first car from here, the beginning of September and it was an amazing experience! Their prices are really good for the state the cars are in (really good state, I would say) and they walked me through the whole process as a first time buyer! There dealers fee is not outrageous and they were really kind throughout the process! I felt comfortable being there and they ended up putting the tags on for me which was great! Overall I would get another car from them and I’m really grateful that this is the type of experience I had as a first time buyer!

my father and i purchased a volkswagen beetle from bowie motors and safe to say we were extremely satisfied with our decision to purchase. we live about 1-1.5 hours away from bowie MD so we called and spoke to them and made an appointment prior to purchase as anyone does. when we got there traffic was really bad because of all the snow, so we did not take the car for a test drive but they had the car already running and heated up for us when we got there, kept in touch, held the car for us for 1-2 days without a deposit, (but we couldnt pick the car up within that time so we ended up putting down a deposit), responded to all messages quickly, and were very transparent with everything. there was a dent on the right back fender and they offered to fix it, or if we wanted to get it fixed somewhere else that they would work with us on the total cost of the car. the staff were very kind, had outstanding customer service, and i felt that they put a lot of care into the cars that they were selling. no problems internally with the car and was decently priced. definitely recommend that you come to bowie motors. :)

Everything that looks good, is not good for you! I went here with my husband a few weeks ago looking for a vehicle. The original vehicle that we came to view would not start, after trying to jump the car it still would not start. My husband found a Nissan that was close in price. We were told that the cars were all inspected. After completing the paperwork and pricing we were told that the car would need to go through Inspection, even though we were told that the cars were already inspected. No problem we waited! Picked up the car 2 days later after being called by the office, once we arrived we were told that something else needed to be fixed and if we took it, we would have to bring it back in the morning! So we left the car, then Danny told us that he would take care of it. We came back 2 days later and the peddle was sticking, we returned it again and was told that they did not see an issue with the peddle but they found something else that needed to be fixed. By this time the owner had got involved and stated that he would fix whatever was wrong and gave my husband a loaner car. After having the loaner car for about 3 or 4 days we picked it back up and then the check engine light came on. We went back to the dealership and Danny began yelling and saying that the truck was purchased AS IS''and they didn't have to fix anything and then threatened to call the Police. However my husband called instead, the owner refunded the money. Danny is a problem , if you are buying directly from the owner your experience may be better. Danny has the worst customer service, is very aggressive and I would not recommend anyone dealing with him. Bring a mechanic with you, even though the owner was very accommodating, Danny made the experience worst then it needed to be!

These are not serious people. While looking at the vehicle, we noticed that it was missing a spare tire and a jack. Dardan, the person who sold us the car, promised us that we would have both items within two weeks, and we even put it in writing. I called, sent texts, and emailed to ensure both items would be provided witin that timeframe as we live an hour away from the dealer. 4 weeks passed, and Dardan, said that we would have both our plates, the registration, and the tire/jack. I drove an hour to pick everything up and he only had the plates/registration……..
