I was referred to Braddock Motors by someone from a big dealership who didn't have any cars to meet our needs. We went to another one in Frederick that was horrible, tried to upsell us a vehicle with serious electrial issues. Braddock Motors was our last hope. We were greeted by Mr. Tony without feeling any level of pressure to buy a car. He was friendly, smiling, and did not immediately ask us anything about a budget or hover over us. He had the exact car my husband wanted, in a better color, and superior quality than the one we originally looked at at a different place. He didn't hassel us on the lot as we inspected the car, and he was upfront about the price. We were in and out in less than 3 hours and the deal was done. This included Tony giving us options and not pushing us on any one car as the last place did and 2 test drives on 2 different vehicles. PLEASE GO SEE MR. TONY!!! I am looking forward to taking all my cars to the service center as well. Our payment was exactly where we wanted it to be, and Mr. Tony helped us do it with complete patience. My husband is still new to the country and Mr. Tony explained every detail of the car buying experience and my husband was very please with his service. We have never been more excited about the car experience. We are so happy with our Mazda CX-5!! Smooth ride, car was immaculately clean and our family members are jealous (ha)!

Absolutely best car buying experience in my life. My husband and I have been searching for the right truck for years. We love Toyota trucks and we just had not found the right one until we saw the Toyota Tacoma at Braddock Motors. We were able to look at the vehicle in peace, take a test drive on our own, it was truly a no stress, no hassle experience! Tony was so friendly, calm, and professional. I got a great feeling about him right away and then I saw a small Jesus figure on his desk. He was so personable! The kindest and most helpful sales person I have ever met. The BEST car buying experience! My wife Jennifer and I have seen Grayson at Braddock Motors service department a few times and have had great success with him and the services performed on our vehicles.
