Brady’s was recommended to me by a helpful stranger at Ledo’s in Crofton, who said they were very good and ‘honest’. I was 30 mins from home having lunch w/friends yesterday, when my car died. Mike was super helpful over the phone and in person, even stayed w/me after closing time while I waited for my friend to pick me up. They quickly found & fixed the problem the next morning, and cost-wise, couldn’t have been more reasonable! Tom was also super helpful when I picked up my car today. Too bad I don’t live near them or they would become my new car shop! If you live in the area, I highly recommend!

They were able to repair my vehicle the same day! My vehicle was in need of a couple major repairs! The costumer service was great. I will definitely be referring friends to them. They were upfront about cost. Highly appreciated how quickly they were.

Brady's auto care is awesome!! I talked to Tommy at 2:30pm and asked if they could do a md state inspection same day. He said he couldn't make any promises but he would try to squeeze it in if I were able to get there in 20min. I dropped my car off at 3pm and they called to let me know it was ready at 4:15pm! There are lots of reviews saying they are rude and not very pleasant to deal with. I definitely didn't get the warm and fuzzies from them, but they obviously care about happy customers when they squeeze you in last minute even though they're super busy. They're like pineapples..... Rough on the outside and sweet on the inside. Thank you so much, Tommy and crew!!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. They are the most honest and fair mechanic shop I have ever been to. The world needs more people like this. They take care of their customers and stand by their work. I don't ever have to worry about being "up sold" on anything when I take my car in. They were recommended by a friend and have never let me down. When my car went off warranty a number of years ago, and I was told I needed a repair that was going to be almost $2,000, I took my car here and Brady's couldn't identify a reason why that repair had been recommended. They did fix a small issue that was not very expensive at all, and needless to say that other issue that was going to cost me big money has not been a problem. My car is getting pretty old now, but Brady's keeps her in good shape and I totally trust their recommendations and work. I have many more specific examples, but would run out of characters before I could list them all.
