I've been using this shop for a while now. Bob's fixed every problem I brought him in a timely fashion. I do shop around even though I know I'm bringing my car to him. I have AAA and his prices are always lower than their shops. Beware, however, there is no real office to sit in if you need that. It's there, but it's not really for sitting. Great staff though. I'm not going anywhere anytime soon.

BEWARE OF CATS! In full transparency, I have not been serviced by this establishment. I entered on a Saturday afternoon because I read the the reviews while I went through Sam's Car Wash. There were two large black cats sitting on the counter and the place was covered in layers of cat hair. Every chair and the entire floor. I am allergic to cat dander and left before taking a picture. Maybe the longstanding clients know not to use the front door. BEWARE OF CATS!

My experience with Branch Ave Tire and Auto Shop in March 2025 was extremely disappointing. I brought my vehicle in for a leaking water pump, which Bob claimed had been repaired. I paid a substantial amount for the service, but the issue was not resolved—the car continued to have problems shortly after. When I contacted the shop, the customer service was terrible. Bob showed no accountability, offered no apology, and provided no compensation. I eventually had to take the car to the dealership, where I was told the water pump had not been installed properly and the job had to be redone. This ended up costing me even more time and money. I would strongly advise others to avoid this shop.

I worked with Bob when he was the service manager at Goodyear a long, long time ago. He's serviced our family vehicles over the years and is a blessing. He's an honest man and devoted to his clients. Just look at his shop; it's always packed to the gills! That speaks volumes in itself.

Bob delivered stellar service in a timely fashion. I'll be back for additional work. If you're in the Hillcrest hghts area looking for a quality mechanic, go to branch ave tire & auto. You won't be disappointed.
