Was told it would 2 weeks to replace the transmission. Now over a month with my suv. Everyone from Mary to Joshua is making excuses. They sent the wrong transmission, then got the right one but it was never taken to the mechanic, then the mechanic has to fix his own car first, no one cares that I am still paying for a rental. My car is NOT priority to them even now that it’s taken double the time they estimated me.*****edit to add yes another transmission was needed but the employees there still could have handled this better. We were told another transmission was ordered. 5 days later when we called to check on the status we were told it was not ordered and given no reason or explanation to why. Was then told it was rushed. On Friday we were told the transmission is there and car would be ready in a couple days. Monday that it was being worked on and would get a call back to see if it would Tuesday. No call back. On Tuesday/today was told the transmission wasn’t there and no one had started on the car. Joshua went and “found” the transmission and called me back to let me know when the mechanic decided to show up for work after fixing his own car that it would be started.

The worse experience of my life. I had to get a transmission I thought that what was quoted was reasonable got that done. Once I picked up my car 11/29/25 the same day my engine light came on. I took it back just to have to spend even more money I was told i needed spark plugs and a coil replaced got that done. Picked my car up 12/6/25 just for it to sound worse than what it did being brought to brandywine. Now I have to get a whole new car because the idle on my car is so high, it never ran like that before sounds like it’s about to break down. I will never ever take a car or even suggest anyone to go there ever. $5,500 a waste and I got to pay that back plus my new car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BE WORKED ON Do it at your own risk ⚠️

Very rude customer service and I hope they get shut down. I have been looking for a rim and a tire all day long, nobody sells them in Waldorf. 3 different people told me to try the Brandywine Junkyard. I call this number and as soon as I asked if they had a rim and wheel they hung up on me. I call right back, a new guy answers the phone. I asked mWhy did the other guy hang up on me?’ And guess what the new guy does……he hangs up the phone even quicker than last dude!!!!! If answering questions is too hard a task for you, then find a new job. Bums

This place is trash!!! Worse customer service anyone can get. Don’t care about satisfying the customer and disappoints very often even when reading bad reviews and giving them a shot. It was about an hour and a half before closing and each time I call, I get put on hold and leave me there for more than 20 mins. I wanted to purchase rotors and had a simple question since I was about 25 mins away and was simply trying to get an answer to my question. They rudely pick up the phone and just puts you on hold. Never received a call back and don’t expect to do any business with them in the future and hope any future customers turn around at the front door and have a change of heart. Please read and see how bad there customer service / services are in general. I made a decision that cost me time and not money thank god. These people need to be shut down and have a better management take over. Worse place anybody can go for any services. Please don’t turn the cheek and hope you get a different result. We are all living proof of bad customer service and it’s all in writing. They will reply trying to sound like they really care about customers when they don’t and really want your money. They give out life time warranty because they know they aren’t 100% with there work/products. Read that they had serviced a persons car around August and didn’t get it back til December with the car still not running good. Simply contacting a client can resolve a lot but they fail to do so. Customer service is about keeping customers up to date with progress on whatever’s being done is a huge part of customers feeling comfortable and safe having there vehicles being worked on. Don’t give a date of to finish if you know your backed up. People need there cars and isn’t fair when being lied to. Smh hope this place closes and hope nobody goes there looking for services!!

I called this morning to inquire on a few parts I needed for my truck. Phillip was very personable, knowledgeable, and quick! I informed him that I would be sending someone on my behalf to reserve my parts. They came in talked to Phillip (who remembered our brief conversation) and were in and out quickly! Prices are unbeatable as well. Thanks Phillip and Brandywine Auto!
