As a woman there’s always a certain anxiety that comes with seeing a mechanic. I had seen two shops previous to coming to Brendan, citing the same issues with my car. Both times the issues went unaddressed, and I felt like I was going crazy. I’m no expert, but I do know when something in my car isn’t working the way it should. I went to Brendan and complained of the same issues. He promised he would find out what was wrong. The next day, he called and explained the things he had found, and described every single problem I had and the reasons for them in simple, easy to understand language. For the first time in my car ownership history, I felt heard and valued as a customer. He even went over and beyond to fix issues that I hadn’t mentioned. He took the time and care to make sure my car is running the best it can. His prices cannot be beat, and his dedication, care, and willingness to hear me out and validate and fix all my concerns means the world to me.
