UPDATE: I had initially written a bad review for Brooks-Huff In Towson off York Rd. for damaging the finish on my wheels when I came in for a balancing service. I was very disappointed and upset with my impression of this business. Tim rang me a call over my cellphone earlier and I had missed his call, he left me a nice voicemail stating that he is very sorry about this incident and that he had read the review. He ensured that he would take care of this issue and this is not an accurate representation on how their business operates.Tim explained that he will be gone for the week but to call back the following week to schedule something for them to take care of the issue. I am very appreciative for them owning up and offering to fix the damage they have done, especially because not a lot of businesses would do the same in our day and age. Brooks-Huff Tire & Auto Center in Towson is now a stand out to me and I am very pleased that they offered to fix the damage. My recommendation has changed and so has my outlook on this business just for offering to make things right. I advocate that you offer your trust and service needs to Brooks-Huff's Towson, they will take care of you. Thank you Tim, gained back a long-term customer. Will update pictures when I get back the car.

Highly recommend Brooks Huff/Towson, I have had all of my cars serviced and repaired for years here!! Customer service is outstanding! I mostly seem to deal with Matt Sheeler he is always very attentive and informs me of what is needed in detail! My most recent visit, I had to have my car towed late at night with 2 flat tires. I was contacted the very next day and my vehicle was ready in no time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

After 15 years of loyalty and visiting from over an hour away, it saddens me to say I will no longer be returning. I came in for a simple oil change and had a reservation at noon. I called ahead of time it seemed that everyone was on the same page. Upon arrival to our appointment, we were told we had to wait for two hours? Odd for an oil change but we will be patient, this place has never done us wrong. The shuttle isn’t in service and we simply won’t be sitting there for that long so Ubers somewhere and back were a must. Three hours passed and we had no word from them. We come back to see that they didn’t move the car an inch, nothing happened! They said they can do the change in 15 minutes if I wait, at which now I am getting skeptical. Their apologies were entirely lack luster, it’s like they didn’t even see the issue. They even had the audacity to tell us that people wait for the doctors office, so waiting for car maintenance is the same. Not only have I never waited that long for any reservation EVER, but how ridiculous is it compare the wait for a doctor to the wait for an oil change. These workers knew us and have known us for years. The loyalty we had to them was blatantly obvious. What had changed that made them so careless about this entire situation? Disappointed more than angry. Left without service, will not return.

I have been to this shop 2-3times before so I honestly wasn’t expecting this but I went in on a weekday making complaints about grinding noises with my brakes . I came in & got the car inspected , they have told me that it was my steering coupe and bangs , front caliper , rotors , brake hoses that needed to be replaced . Something just didn’t feel right , I immediately went to the shop and paid a “ drop fee” and received my car back . I got two second opinions , one from a shop up the street and a mobile repair company . They both stated it was just my brakes and they were full blown trying to upcharge you for things you absolutely did not need (which I included a social media post from the gentleman who did my work , the invoice they gave me ) . Moral of story is don’t come here! Just ridiculous

If you’re looking for a reliable trustworthy and honest shop, this is it. Tim and team are excellent. When I bring any of my cars here I know it is in good hands and the service is honest and fair.
