Staff very friendly and humble. Early AM drop off for couple rust rings and hole on F150 exhaust. Called an hour later recommending new muffler due to crack. Professional and clean results done in about another hour. Excellent experience.

I have went to these guys every single time and it’s always fine perfectly. They don’t ask for 3 days of labor, once they start working on car, they don’t finish until it’s done. I had a very good experience at Brooks Muffler. Billy was very cordial with me and remembered our conversation about my 2004 F150 and the muffler system I wanted. I was offered a ride home and the young lady that took me home was very kind and friendly to talk to. Dropped it off at 930 and picked it up at 130. I was very pleased with the work and the Stainless Tips they put on were more than I expected. I was also very pleased with the 1 year warranty that was given to me.
