I was trying to replace my own oxygen sensor under my car to save money but didn't have the right tools. I am glad I found Brother Auto because I was in and out in under 30 minutes on a Saturday, and for well under $100. Other shops said it could be 3 - 4 times that amount, and they jacked my car up and handled it with ease in 5 minutes. Very kind service. Thank you!

Really incredible, caring people here. My car broke down today in front of their shop, and they came out in the rain to make sure I was okay and help me diagnose the issue. They jump started my car right on the spot and gave me advice on what to do next. I was unfamiliar with the neighborhood and very nervous when this all happened, but their team made me feel so comfortable and helped me get to my destination. I truly can’t thank you all enough for helping me today. Your hearts are so big, and you’re truly the angels that I needed today!

Went in for a brake line check. The person that checked was accurate and quick, pointed out the issue almost immediately. Unfortunately was unable to get the repair done there, but they were still very helpful, tried to locate the part needed before letting us leave at the time. Highly recommend.
