I’m sure what has changed with this place. I have come here several times with such nice guys and great, fast service. I’ve even referred so many people there, some have drive about 4( minutes to an hour to go there based upon recommendation. This time, I had a nail in my tire. A new guy showed up and was a bit late and smelled of marijuana. He plugged the tire and I asked if it was plugged well because it didn’t look finished and they always run tire through soapy water with air to check for leakage. He didn’t do this. I trusted him, paid with a tip as I always have. When I got home, I checked My tire levels and the air had gone right out down to 16 psi. Honestly, he didn’t even put a lot of air in the tire to re-inflate ai returned back today and the guys were just so rude. I couldn’t understand what they were saying. I told them I just wanted them to check the plug to see if it was plugged well. They again started speaking a different language. The guy in charge told the younger guy to take the tire off, then he came over and said the tire is done. The plug was mostly moving inside of the hole but he refused to have him do a better job. The first guy was more concerned about the overall condition of my tire, in which I just order new tires but canny drive in the leaking tire until then. He was families. About the edge of the tire treads. I told them that I have that taken care of, I only came for a plug. Then the older guy said to leave and that they don’t work miracles there. That the tire wasn’t pluggable, to take my money and go. They don’t need the money. I was thoroughly confused at this point and frankly, I still am. I wasn’t rude, pushy or anything. The lady who was ahead of me of me was all of those things. I told them to keep the money and the tip but that it would have been a better business practice to have told me yesterday that the tire wasn’t pluggable. I just think they were acting in solidarity to the younger guy. That’s loyal, but if you’re providing a service, shouldn’t the goal be to do a good job. The younger guy didn’t do a good job and the supported him and sent me on my way. I wish them a continued prosperous business.

Went there for a used tire and they quoted me $100. When I asked if they could come down in price for used, they looked at each other and said no. Couldn’t even check out the tire they were trying to sell me. I left and went to a place in Halethorpe about 20min away and they sold me almost new (used) tire for $60. It seemed they price their used tires depending on how they feel that day. Shop around if it doesn’t seem right, $100 for a used tire is too much.

Super friendly guys who work fast! Had a puncture in my tire. They pulled it off, showed me the puncture, plugged it, reinflated and had me back on the road in 10 minutes and for only 15 dollars.

Patch was fine and quick but cost me 40. I'll ask for price before I tell them to give me service next time. I could have gone to Costco honestly. I'm just saying
