I’ve had consistently excellent service, support, and reliability from this shop. The team is honest, thorough, and always takes the time to explain what’s needed and why. I trust them so much that all three of my cars are serviced here! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I highly recommend Buddy’s. Matt and his team do excellent work. They’re fast and efficient. He’s worked on two different cars for our family. I will continue to use them if we have any issues with any of our cars.

Second time bringing my car to Buddy’s. I’ll never bring my car anywhere else. The auto mechanic industry can be shady and everyone has a bad experience story to tell. Buddy’s is the exception and should be the standard for the industry. Transparency in work and pricing sets them aside from any other shop I’ve tried. This round I got my breaks done and an oil change. The car was finished when they said it would be and with done with an extremely competitive price. I won’t go anywhere else.

My husband and I brought our truck to Buddy’s Auto Service because the AC was broken and blowing hot air. They kept the truck overnight to diagnose the issue and called us the next day with a $1100 estimate to fix the AC and a tire issue. We agreed to the price and picked up the truck a few days later. The AC worked for *one day*. The very next day, it started blowing hot air again. We brought it back in, only to be told it was now a "separate issue" — and they quoted us another $900 to fix it. When my husband asked if there was any kind of discount, given that they clearly misdiagnosed the problem the first time, the most the guy offered was $100 off. That’s unacceptable. They either misdiagnosed the issue or didn’t fix what they claimed to — and now they expect us to pay again for what we thought we already had repaired. Do not bring your car here!!!!!

I’ve taken two of my vehicles here over the last five years. I’ve had my brakes and rotors done on my Nissan, several things done on my ford escape prior to that, and other regular maintenance. The service has always been great, quick, they explain everything, and the prices are fair. I had brakes and rotors replaced a year ago that were just outside of their normal warranty and they replaced them with no charge and in one day! Buddy’s is so great!
