I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership and feel compelled to warn others. I initially contacted the dealership to purchase a brand new 2500 Denali Ultimate they had listed as being on the lot. After multiple attempts with no response, I finally called and spoke with Neisa, who confirmed the truck was available and said she would have it pulled up front. I explained that I live over an hour away, and she acknowledged that before I made the drive. When I arrived, I loved the truck—but immediately noticed swirl marks and scratches in the paint, which is unacceptable on a brand-new, top-tier vehicle. The General Manager, Collin, came out and proposed that we move forward with the paperwork and that he would have the truck professionally paint-corrected and ceramic coated, then delivered to my home. I was very clear that I would only accept delivery if the truck was flawless, and he agreed. During the paperwork process, I had to correct the staff three separate times to ensure the deal clearly included both paint correction and ceramic coating. I have owned multiple ceramic-coated vehicles and am familiar with the process, which takes multiple days, not hours. Collin assured me repeatedly that the ceramic coating would be completed. The very next day, the dealership picked up the truck in daylight and waited until around 6:00 PM to deliver it to my house. I asked Collin what ceramic coating was used, and he said Zurich, whose own manufacturer guidelines state that a minimum 48-hour cure time is required before the vehicle can even be driven. The truck was at the detailer less than 14 hours, making it clear that this process could not have been done as promised. When the truck arrived, my concerns were confirmed. The paint was still covered in swirl marks and scratches and even had dried buffing compound residue left on the surface. Any properly ceramic-coated vehicle would not have residue like this. It was obvious the work was either rushed, improperly done, or not done at all. I refused delivery of the vehicle. At that point, Collin made no effort whatsoever to locate a replacement truck or resolve the situation in good faith. I will be reporting this experience to the Attorney General, as I believe this dealership attempted to deliberately misrepresent work performed on a vehicle to close a sale. I was genuinely hoping to find a local dealership with integrity, but unfortunately this experience made it clear that dollar signs matter more than honesty here. Shame on you. Buyers beware.

I had an amazing experience at Buick GMC Brandywine! From start to finish, the process was smooth, stress-free, and very professional. Lenny Moore was an outstanding salesperson. He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly listened to what I wanted. He made sure I understood everything and helped me find the perfect vehicle without any pressure. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A huge thank you as well to Tristan in finance, who worked hard to make everything happen for me. He explained all the details clearly and really went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I drove off in my 2026 Buick Envista, and I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend this dealership and especially Lenny and Tristan to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

Grateful for vehicle being fixed. Customer Service was great. I just can't get past cost. $614 for labor for a $644 and charging $644 for an OEM part I could get for $114. is ridiculous. Probably would not go to dealership for services again.
