I had such a great experience at Bumble Auto! The team was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. They handled my oil change quickly and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend them to anyone who wants honest and friendly car service! 🚗✨

Think twice while deciding to make a business with this dealership!!!!! I bought a car from this dealership on March 11 this year. It was my first car here in the US. One week later I took the car to them to check for the breaks. It was shaking at high speed. A gentleman called John (not a real name) did a test drive and told me that the breaks are fine. The next day I took it to another place. The mechanic there even told me that the rooters need to be changed as well. In addition, they give me a paper indicating that they owe me to repair headliner and clean rear part. I shared the documents for reference. There was a huge delay to do the services. I keep asking them to repair my car. John every time i was visiting were impolite, disrespectful and trying to blame me as a costumer. Even in a single time he didn’t say that they are sorry for late services. Finally after six months they asked me to drop off the car for headliner repair. My car was there for two days. When I went to take my car they didn’t do anything. John was telling me that “you don’t understand and you don’t know!!!!!! The conversation went on for another three months. They asked me to drop off my car for headliner repair. My car was there for another 80 hours. When they finally brought my car. They ruined the headliner by gluing it by unprofessional person. The pictures are attached here. My advice is think twice while buying a car from this dealership. Or you will face disappointment with disrespectful and unprofessional behavior.

Great car repair service shop that can successfully work on Teslas! I desperately needed an inspection to get my wife's Model X Tesla registered with the state of Maryland ASAP. John was there to make sure that we would get all the repairs that were required within a 2-day time frame (2 front control arm pairs). I went back there needing brakes a couple months later and John was able to beat the price for the front brake and rotors that the Tesla dealership service center had quoted by a few hundred bucks! We would have had to wait a month to get the ball rolling with Tesla. John made good on the service, and because so, he ensured that we will do business together in the future. My wife who drives the Model X was very very satisfied with the job. Thank you John and thank you Bumble Auto!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service for State Inspection! I recently brought my car in for a state inspection, and the team here was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and got everything done quickly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and my vehicle was ready right on time. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and inspections. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for honest and efficient auto service!

I got my state inspection done at bumble. Things were quick and very efficient. The staff here were very professional and friendly. They were very helpful in fixing any issue with the car quick and with very good pricing. I would definitely recommend them.
